• Orders are processed within 1 business day after confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Time

We currently deliver across Pakistan.

Estimated delivery times:

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days

• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

• Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where applicable) so you can monitor your shipment.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate when placing your order.

Vitals.pk is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delivery Delays

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts or cannot reach you, the order may be returned to us. Our customer support team will contact you to arrange re-delivery if possible.
